How are my donations used?
We are raising funds to pay for equipment and materials that are required for a successful program. This includes everything from keeping our facilities first class, baseballs and even lighting the field on game nights. Fundraising is one of the primary ways we pay for those costs. We appreciate every donation!
Why are donations necessary?
The majority of our budget comes from donations. We need your support in order to provide our student athletes with quality equipment, resources and support they need to be successful on and off the field.

If you have ever been to a game at Bibb County High School you will see that we have some of the finest facilities around. We are very proud of what we’ve built here over the years but keeping our facilities maintained every year can be costly. Your donation of $1,000 could go a long way in making sure our facilities remain first class for years to come.

There is nothing more fun than playing or watching a game under the lights. One of the biggest expenses that any program faces throughout the season are the costs associated with utilities and keeping the lights on for practices and games. A donation of $500 could help pay for the cost associated with playing a night game.

Playing with good equipment can make the difference between a win and a loss. The life span of a bat is typically less than one season. A donation of $250 could provide for the purchase of 1 new bat for our team to use.

Donation Impact: field maintenance
Getting a field ready to play after bad weather can be a large undertaking. In a year like we have seen, with many games being canceled because of Covid-19, every game that we can play becomes ever more essential. A donation of $100 dollars could provide for enough Diamond Dry to get our field ready to play after a day of rain.
